Welcome to ACT Acrobatics

Hello everyone! It’s May here. I created ACT Acrobatics out of love and passion to connect with you through my coaching services while also bringing us together through events and workshops in Thailand.

Coaching Services: With a background in martial arts, sports, and yoga, my training focuses on well-being, body balance, and creativity. I offer both private and group classes in a variety of disciplines, including Yoga, AcroYoga, Handstands, and Mobility Training.

Event Organizer: Bringing together like-minded friends from Thailand and around the world, I organize community-driven events, including the Bangkok Handstand Festival and Thailand Acro Fest.

This program introduces you to Basic Acrobatics Skills, including Handstands, Inversions, Partner Acrobatics, and AcroYoga, helping you develop strength, balance, and coordination in a supportive and engaging environment.
