Group Classes

Our group classes provide personalized attention, including tailored guidance and feedback. The maximum number of students is 8 spots per class, with priority given to those who sign up for a full course first.

We use studio rooms at Hostbkk Arts Center, located on the 4th floor of Chandrphen Restaurant.

Handstand Foundations

Building a strong handstand foundation includes alignment, developing body awareness, enhancing strength, mobility, and falling techniques. The foundational course is suitable for individuals who are brand new to handstands, as well as those with some experience but may struggle to achieve controlled kick-ups or proper alignment. You will be guided through each step required to perform these challenging movements with precision and control.

Move & Flow

A combination of fitness exercises with the arts of movement forms, focusing on improving mobility, strength, flexibility, and body balance. Learn new tricks and skills to incorporate into your movements, including basic floor work and inversion poses. Explore a series of movements that will also allow you to express yourself creatively, fostering a sense of flow and connection so that you can move with grace. You’ll be guided through the sequences and provided adjustments. Movements can be modified to accommodate varying abilities. No experience in fitness, dance or yoga is needed.
