Mobility Training • Yoga • AcroYoga • Handstand
The Mobility Training Program emphasizes overall strength, flexibility, and balance by incorporating bodyweight exercises and small weights. Designed to enhance functional movement, improve range of motion, and promote stability, this program includes dynamic stretching, strength training, and balance-focused exercises using equipment such as resistance bands, yoga balls, and bars.
Handstands are a skill that anyone can learn, whether you’re attempting your first one or exploring new variations. While success depends on individual goals, a strong foundation is key to achieving balance and control.
The Handstand Training Program focuses on developing body alignment, core strength, and shoulder stability—the essential skills needed for handstands. Through progressive drills and techniques, we’ll help you overcome common challenges like the fear of falling and a lack of foundational understanding, setting you up for a confident and controlled handstand practice.
The Yoga Program is rooted in traditional yoga, offering a balance of relaxation and physical focus. The practice includes slow-paced movements combined with breathing and meditation to calm the body and mind, along with alignment-based asanas to build strength, stability, and awareness in each pose.
