My younger years were filled with activities, sports training, and competitions, including cheerleading, running, basketball, and judo. I began intensely training and competing at the age of 12 and continued throughout my teenage years.
After graduating, I spent a few years working in non-fitness-related fields, where I developed a love for service and organizational skills in roles such as project manager, personal assistant, and cabin crew. During that time, I sought activities that kept me active but were less intense than competitive sports training. I began to explore pole dancing, yoga, and partner acrobatics. While I enjoyed all of these activities, partner acrobatics resonated with my experience in skill training and brought people together in a unique and engaging way. My passion for partner acrobatics has continued for more than a decade, leading me to join acro communities and participate in events across countries.
My fitness journey led me back to yoga practice during a challenging period, and at this point in my life, movement, partner acrobatics, and yoga are my primary practices and teachings. I have gained experience coaching fitness-related sessions in both private and group settings since 2016.
Learning is an ongoing process, and I consistently seek opportunities not just to enhance my career passion but also to improve my well-being and support the community I live in. My teaching philosophy centers around being real, giving, and sharing with love.
"Life is the first gift, love is the second, and understanding, the third."
