The mobility program emphasizes overall strength, flexibility, and balance by incorporating body weight exercises and small weights. The program is designed to enhance functional movement, improve range of motion, and promote stability. You will engage in dynamic stretching, strength training, and balance-focused exercises using equipment such as resistance bands, yoga balls, and bars.

Inspirational & Skills

Movement

This is a combination of mobility training and the arts of movement forms. The program allow you to improve your mobility as well as learn new tricks and skills to incorporate into your movements. Explore a series of movements that will also allow you to express yourself creatively, fostering a sense of flow and connection so that you can move with grace. You’ll be guided through the sequences and provided adjustments. Movements can be modified to accommodate varying abilities. No experience in fitness, dance or yoga is needed.

AcroYoga and Partner Acrobatics

The program combines skills in acrobatics and movement variations, including yoga asanas. Whether you choose AcroYoga or Partner Acrobatics, the focus will be based on your goals and preferences for your practice. Throughout the program, you will learn foundational acrobatic skills, including partner balancing, flying poses, and transitions. Each session emphasizes safety, trust, and communication, ensuring a supportive atmosphere as you explore new movements and challenges.

Handstands

Handstands are a skill that anyone can learn, whether you’re attempting your first one or exploring new variations. Success in mastering handstands depends on your individual goals, but a strong foundation is crucial for achieving that initial balance.

Our program focuses on building the essential skills needed for handstands, including body alignment, core strength, and shoulder stability. We will guide you through progressive drills and techniques that help overcome common challenges such as fear of falling and lack of understanding of the basics.

Throughout the program, you will gain confidence and develop your handstand practice at your own pace, learning drills and variations with personalized guidance and support.
